Vera Lluch
Is a Chilean artist & illustrator based in Canada
Vera Lluch (Veda Lee-Ook) grew up in a house full of children and books. With the books she acquired a visual language, and with the children she learned to travel into a world full of nonsense and humour.
Educated in painting and printmaking, she often combines both techniques to create engaging images that appeal to adults and children alike.
Vera lives in Burlington (Ontario) with her husband and as many books, popcorn and plants as a small apartment can fit.
